Particlesensing provides fire alarm systems, smoke detectors, and related safety equipment. All products are manufactured to meet international safety standards including EN 14604.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment terms will be confirmed in your order confirmation. Standard payment terms are 30% deposit with balance due before shipment.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and order volume. Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon delivery to carrier.

5. Warranty

Products are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period specified in the product documentation. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification.

6. Limitation of Liability

Particlesensing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
