What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on what you need: stock products with no customization start at 100 units — enough to test your market. Custom branding on the product requires 500 units minimum. Hardware or firmware modifications require 1,000–2,000 units due to tooling costs. Trial orders are available before larger production commitments.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Volume pricing is quoted per SKU, quantity, and destination market. Contact us with your product list and annual forecast for a detailed quote.
What customization options are available?
We offer logo printing, custom packaging, private labeling, color customization, custom firmware, and full ODM product development. Customization availability varies by order volume.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. We accept T/T, L/C, and PayPal for sample orders. Established partners may qualify for NET 30 terms.
What is the typical lead time?
Stock products ship within 5-7 business days. OEM orders with custom branding: 30-45 days. Custom packaging modifications: 45-60 days. Hardware or firmware customization: 60-90 days. Full ODM development projects: 3-6 months from design approval.
