What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on customization level. Stock products (no customization): 100 units. Standard branding on existing products: 500 units. Custom packaging or enclosure changes: 1,000 units. Hardware or firmware customization: 1,000–2,000 units. Sample orders of 1-10 units are available for evaluation before committing.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, we offer tiered volume discounts: 5% for 100-500 units, 10% for 500-1,000 units, 15% for 1,000-10,000 units, and custom pricing for orders over 10,000 units.
What customization options are available?
We offer logo printing, custom packaging, private labeling, color customization, custom firmware, and full ODM product development. Customization availability varies by order volume.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 30% deposit with order and 70% before shipment. We accept T/T, L/C, and PayPal for sample orders. Established partners may qualify for NET 30 terms.
What is the typical lead time?
Stock products ship within 5-7 business days. OEM orders with custom branding: 30-45 days. Custom packaging modifications: 45-60 days. Hardware or firmware customization: 60-90 days. Full ODM development projects: 3-6 months from design approval.
